Turning 7 is such a big milestone—kids are officially school-aged, full of personality, and ready for gifts that spark creativity, curiosity, and fun. Whether you’re shopping for boys, girls, or something that works for both, this list has the best 7th birthday gift ideas that balance play, learning, and excitement. My son turned 7 recently and so we have gone to tons of birthday parties and so I have sourced the kid favorites for you for both boys and girls!
We love a basic tee because when all else fails, your favorite one can easily be paired with just about anything in your wardrobe and dressed up or down! I have a few favorites of my own, but kept getting this request in my weekly question box, so I knew it would be a good topic to poll the community on. While there are a lot of budget friendly options out there, personally I have found those do wear with time and many washes, so I don’t mind spending a bit more on an elevated fabric, so it lasts longer. We have included the top 4 submissions, which span all different prices.
